| Delicious products baked in the Monastery's own 100 year old wood-fired
oven include New Norcia Nut Cake, Almond Biscotti and fresh bread baked daily. Our bread is available from the Museum Shop. A second wood-fired bakery operates in Perth producing a range of
different breads, 8 of which are authentic sourdoughs, for the Perth market. New
Norcia Natural Breads is served in some of Western Australia's finest
restaurants.
