Monday - 30 January 2017

It is with great pleasure that we announce that New Norcia has been successful in its bid to attain a grant though the Wheatbelt Development Commission’s 2017 Community Chest Fund.

An amount of $50,000.00 has been awarded to New Norcia for the implementation of an Indigenous  Archeological  display in the heritage Apiary building behind the Monastery and to upgrade the existing Riverwalk, making it a  year round experience  whilst creating better spaces for reflection and nature watching. Cultural and historic information areas will be placed along the route.

New Norcia would like to congratulate all the other recipients listed below in the Media release.
