THE
EUROPEAN SPACE AGENCY
Has a deep space
station just south of New Norcia and they have specially set up
a sophisticated study area for us in our Education Centre.
This
area boasts a touch-screen to explore the ESA portal, many information
panels, scaled models of the launcher Arianne 5, Rosetta the comet
chaser and Mars Express.

THE SECRETS OF MARS EXPRESS
No less than 6 missions are headed for Mars in the middle of this
year and New Norcia's deep space dish has a pivotal role in allowing
all missions to 'dump'
data back to earth.
There are many
questions related to Mars that are expected to be answered. Stay
