Refund & Delivery Policy

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full upon order completion unless previously arranged with the management. Payments are accepted through our website via Visa or Mastercard credit cards. We also accept Cash, Direct Deposit and Cheques by prior arrangement. No other forms of payment are currently accepted.

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timeframe

We will endeavour to pack and ship your item(s) within 10 working days from the date of purchase. We use Australia Post for all deliveries and the shipping charge for each order is calculated based on your shipping address and the combined weight of all items. The total amount will be made visible on the final checkout page before payment is required. You will have the option to cancel the order if you decide not to place it.

Return Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. In the event an order is cancelled, customers will be notified and full refunds will be provided.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No refund can be given after that period. Refunds are made through Direct Deposit only. No cash will be refunded directly to customers.
